What WE Can Do For YOU...

  • Our estate sale service includes on-site organizing, displaying, researching current market values, pricing all items, tagging and advertising. 
  • We can hold a 1, 2 or 3 day sale depending on how much merchandise there is in your home. 
  • At the completion of the sale, we will supply you with receipts of everything sold and total amount sold. We take our percentage and you get the rest! 
  • Our goal for each sale is to realize the highest price for every item.

Step By Step...

  • ​We will evaluate the household that needs to be downsized. 
  • We will give you a proposal for the percentage of sales and set up fee. The cost of advertising and labor is included. 
  • We will set a date for your sale.
  • Approximately 1 week prior to the sale, our crew comes in to sort, organize and set up your home.
  • We will take photographs and put them on the Diamond Tag Sales website, all social media sites as well as other estate sale websites.
  • We fully advertise your sale in Newsday, Craig's List, Estatesales.net, all forms of social media and put up signs in your neighborhood.
  • Our friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy staff will conduct your sale in the most professional manner.
  • We are licensed and insured for liability.
  • At the completion of the sale, we can arrange for charity pick-ups.
  • We can also arrange for a full clean-out service of your home in preparation of it's sale.
